Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ywkk platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ywkk platform and all related services. By using the ywkk website or services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
ywkk reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Account Registration and Verification
To open an account at ywkk, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account details with any third party.

- Active mobile number (preferably registered with bKash, Nagad or Rocket)
- Valid email address
- Date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older)
- Preferred password (minimum 8 characters, including mixed characters)
Identity Verification (KYC)
ywkk may request to verify your identity at any time. In such cases, you may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence. ywkk reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending until the verification process is complete.
One person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address or payment method, they will be treated as accounts belonging to the same person and both accounts may be closed.
Account Security
If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the ywkk support team immediately. ywkk will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password with a third party.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
Transactions on the ywkk platform can be made using the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). SSL encryption is used to ensure transactions take place in a safe and secure environment.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Deposit amounts are credited to the account instantly
- Only deposits from your own mobile number are accepted
- Deposits through third parties are prohibited
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit
- KYC verification must be completed
- Withdrawals will not be approved if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
Transaction Cancellation

Bonus and Promotion Policy
ywkk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus Terms
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirement is 10x (total of deposit plus bonus amount).
- Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- Not all games may be available for play with bonus funds; the list of eligible games can be obtained from support.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time from the date of claiming the bonus.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used together during a single bonus offer period (unless specifically stated otherwise).
- A bonus applies only to the account in whose name it is registered.
- ywkk reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- In the event of any dispute relating to a bonus, the decision of ywkk will be considered final.
VIP Cashback Program
ywkk's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Progression to a higher tier depends on your regular activity on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account and standard withdrawal terms apply.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on the ywkk platform are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and no party is able to manipulate results.
General Gaming Rules
- If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result is recorded automatically
- Results produced due to a software error may be considered void
- The bet amount cannot be changed after it has been confirmed
- If a suspicious gaming pattern is detected, the account may be subject to investigation
Fair Play Policy
- All games run on verifiable RNG technology
- Game statistics and history can be viewed from the account
- In disputes over a game result, server logs are the final evidence
- Providers are reviewed regularly to ensure quality of service
Technical Error Policy
If an abnormal winning amount is displayed due to a technical error, system failure or communication disruption, that transaction will be considered invalid and may be cancelled. In such circumstances, ywkk reserves the right to restore the account balance to its correct state.
Sports Betting Special Terms
The ywkk platform offers betting on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. The following terms apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, FIFA and other international tournaments.
Betting Rules
- For bets placed before a match begins, the stake will be refunded if the match is abandoned.
- In live betting, odds may change according to the match situation.
- If match fixing or any other irregularity is suspected, the relevant bet may be subject to investigation.
- In disputes over a score or result, the announcement of an internationally recognised body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) will be final.
- For parlays or combined bets, the full payout applies only if all selections win.
Account Closure and Suspension
ywkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
Reasons for Account Suspension
- Any breach of these Terms
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Suspected money laundering
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or system exploitation
Voluntary Account Closure
You may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your account. All pending transactions will be completed before the account is closed and any valid balance will be returned. Bonus funds and amounts with incomplete wagering are not eligible for refund.
Refund Upon Account Closure
If an account is closed by ywkk and no breach of terms is found, the actual deposited amount will be refunded. Decisions regarding bonuses and related winnings will be made based on the circumstances.

Miscellaneous Provisions
Language & Interpretation
These terms have been prepared in Bengali. If any discrepancy arises between the Bengali version and a translation in any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
Entire Agreement
These terms, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between ywkk and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this agreement.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be excluded and the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
Changes to Terms
ywkk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice may be sent by email or on the platform. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.
